Academic background
Research and academic work in clinical and personality psychology at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and HMU Potsdam
In my professional role, I am a psychologist (M.Sc.), a psychotherapist (licensed under the German Heilpraktikergesetz), a dance and movement therapist with additional training in Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and a state-certified early childhood educator. I work in psychological counseling and psychotherapy in my own practice, with AllyTime, and in academic research. My therapeutic approach is resource-oriented and attachment-informed. In my work, I offer a safe and supportive space in which stabilisation, personal development, and growth can become possible.
Alongside my professional role, I am also a human being with my own life experiences. Some inner landscapes I know not only from maps and models in textbooks and from my professional work, but also as part of what it means to be human. We are all in movement — and it is often in this movement that we find what connects us.

My name is
Leonie Carmen Bandurski

"She was a butterfly
whose wings had been broken by the storm.
For a long time she lay still,
hidden in the shadows, where no one saw her pain.
Yet deep within her, a small light was glowing, one that did not give up on healing her wings. And she remembered:
even broken wings can learn to fly again."
